It's been a while since my last blog entry. Maybe this time I'll try to write something into this blog. Something about computer and programming related or something other than that. And for all my reader (is there any?), I want to tell you my appreciation and my best regards... Thank You..

Tomcat production server sometime will hit the following java.la ng.OutOfMemoryException: PermGen space error. java.la ng.OutOfMemoryException: PermGen space     at java.lang.ClassLoader.de fineClass1(Native Method)     at java.lang.ClassLoader.de fineClass(ClassLoader.java:620)     at java.security.SecureClassLoader.de fineClass(SecureClassLoader.java:124)  It’s usually happened when the Tomcat start and stop few times. It’s just funny, however you can fine tune it with some minor changes in the Tomcat configuration setting. By default, Tomcat assigned very little memory for the running process, the solution is actually quite simple. At last Google has updated its image searching feature. "We just redesigned Google Images to make it easier to move through a series of images—it's now faster, more reliable and lets the images do the talking" said Google on its official blog. The main feature of this update is you can quickly flip through the whole set of image previews using your keyboard, once you click the image. If you want to go back to looking at other search results, you can just scroll down and pick up right where you left off. To check out the website where the image is hosted, you can click on the photo or use the tools available. Google said that their new design is rolling out worldwide over the next few days. And they hope this update makes it easier and even a bit more fun to find the images we're looking for.

As we are know, in the beginning of January 2013. Canonical announce their new project called Ubuntu Phone. From the beginning Ubuntu was just another Linux distro,  but now Canonical driving Ubuntu far beyond its beginnings as just another Linux distro into an Operating System that works on  television and even being  an android and iPhone competitor, Ubuntu is skating to where they puck is going to be. But, which such a bold move, there are significant obstacles to overcome. The soon to be released Ubuntu Phone is paving the way that all smart phones will eventually go. Steve Tornio and Brian Martin just published a  5,000 word rant  against anyone who dares utter the name Sun Tzu in connection with information security. According to Tornio and Martin, Sun Tzu – the principal strategic authority who’s seminal work has served to guide China’s military and civilian leadership for 2500 years, is “ not relevant to modern day InfoSec ” because  “information security is not warfare (leaving aside actual warfare, of course” . Sony has issued a small update to the new PlayStation Store, one that's aimed at improving your browsing experience by speeding up navigation. The patch is, not surprisingly, rather small, weighing in at 26MB, and pushes the app to version 1.02. Some report that after the patch, load times for the Store are still pretty slow, but overall wait times have been shortened, especially when you're moving between pages. The new PlayStation Store launched last year and  got off to a rough start , though such things are to be expected. Bismillahirohmanirrohim... Assalamualaykum, When I was trying out new ubuntu 12.04. The installation progress went wrong and then freeze. After a couple of minutes the progress still the same. Before installing 12.04, my system was running ubuntu 11.04 dualboot (windows 7). Within my experience, when the installation of linux went wrong, the next step is recovering windows MBR using installation disk. But alas, my DVD-RW was busted long time ago and I haven't fix it or intent to fix it. The only thing I have is Ubuntu USB Thumbdrive. After googling awhile I found out to recover windows MBR using Ubuntu thumbdrive. First, make sure syslinux packages are installed or update to the latest version using this command $ sudo apt-get install syslinux When syslinux packages installed, enter this command to write windows MBR image into the harddrive's boot sector(/dev/sda) $ sudo dd if=/usr/lib/syslinux/mbr.bin of=/dev/sda Next thing to do is restart your PC using unity or usi...

Pada quartal 2 ditahun 2012 ini sony akan meluncurkan ponsel Xperia lanjutan bertajuk Xperia neo L... ya penerus dari Xperia neo S yang sebelumnya telah muncul dipasar. Berbeda dengan seri neo terdahulu, neo L diisukan akan dipasarkan langsung dengan OS Android ICS (4.0.5). Sehingga neo L akan menjadi ponsel pertama Sony yang menjalankan ICS. PlayStation 3, sebuah konsol game yang diusung raksasa elekronik asal negeri sakura ini sedang mengalami masa-masa menyenangkan dilihat dari penjualannya yang terus meningkat dibeberapa minggu dibulan ini. Namun hal ini tidak terjadi pada konsol game portabel PSVita yang sama-sama buatan Sony. Penjualan PSVita dalam beberapa minggu ini terus mengalami penurunan yang membuat kondisi ini menjadi suatu berita baik sekaligus buruk bagi Sony. Hal ini diperkuat oleh grafik penjualan yang dibuat oleh beberapa media Jepang yang isinya mencakup tentang penjualan kedua konsol game tersebut dari tanggal 27 Februari hingga 4 Maret. Dalam grafik tersebut menunjukan prestasi PlayStation 3 sebagai pemenang besar di segmen perangkat keras dengan penjualan sebesar 65,116 unit pada kurun waktu tersebut. Pernah berpikir untuk memanggil class yang tidak ada didalam classpath aplikasi yang kita buat? Atau mungkin ingin melakukan inisialisasi driver JDBC secara runtime? Mungkin bagi pengguna awal, URLClassLoader adalah class yang asing. Wah dah lama juga ga posting... jadi gue sempet mikir kira-kira enaknya posting apa ya? nah kebetulan beberapa waktu yang lampau gue pernah dapet assignment dari kantor untuk buat aplikasi yang mengupload file zip lewat JSP/Servlet trus waktu selesai di upload file tadi langsung otomatis diextract... nah... pada posting kali ini gue pengen ngebahas gimana caranya buat Script upload file di JSP/Servlet... karena umumnya penanganan request yang bersifat multi-part agak berbeda pada server j2ee container dibandingkan dengan bahasa pemograman lainnya (eg. Maybe I'm a little bit late about this. I just found up this feature... At first I was thinking about posting my blog via email. And then after googling I found my answer on someone blog. He said that to post your blog using email, you must enable it in your blog setting... I think you can do this setting by your self. Hey guys, after a while I didn't update this blog, right now I'm just feeling like to share my happiness. Just want to inform you all that ubuntu 9.04 64bit run well in my laptop... i'm just happy to say to my self welcome back to ubuntu after a while back to windows because ubuntu version lesser than 9.04 doesn't support my laptop. the installation process is simple, much more simple than before. to install ubuntu 9.04 please follow this steps: insert ubutu 9.04 live CD or the alternate version of it set your optical drive as your first boot device at BIOS or press F12 at boot sequence to select which device you want to boot from. select install ubuntu to harddrive wait until boot process done and setup your storage partition (at least 1 ext3/ext4 partition and 1 swap partition fill your name, user name and password. wait until installation progress finished. reboot you laptop now. VIOLA! your ubuntu now ready to use okay let's check so...

Ubuntu 7.10 doesn't come with ability to play multimedia file except *.ogg (theora and vorbis). if you want it badly to play mp3 file this are the steps... install xmms # sudo apt-get install xmms now you can play your *.mp3 file. but wait... there is some problem, the song you are playing doesn't mute when you plugged you earphones... to fix this problem is simple...all you need to do is install linux-backports-modules-generic ex: # sudo apt-get install linux-backports-modules-generic append this line " options snd-hda-intel model=acer " to " /etc/modprobe.d/alsa-base " ex: echo " options snd-hda-intel model=acer " | sudo tee -a /etc/modprobe.d/alsa-base done! now you can listen to your music with internal speaker or using headphones...
